[LSF-Announce] int'l picnic canceled

I regret to inform you all that due to the weather conditions and a fear
of even worse flooding, we've decided to cancel the picnic. We respect
the advice of our city offical who have advised us to "stay off the
streets." There is no plan to reschedule for this year, but
International student ministry will still be an important focus for
Immanuel.

Thank you all for your prayers and work and plan on attending next year.
